Piper was willing to play any position the coaches needed her to play. She put in a great effort against a very strong team which resulted in her scoring two of our only three goals scored on the weekend.

Ryleigh exceeded expectations this weekend by being super aggressive and not only putting up two goals, but also creating scoring opportunities for her teammates with two assists!

Adrianna led team Long Island Blue to a hard fought battle against a deep JR Flyers Black team with her constant hustle and hard work. Her contagious aggressive play on the forecheck and back check creating turnovers led Team Long Island to a 2-1 win. She even blocked a shot late in game leading to an unfortunate forearm injury keeping her out of the next game. Her play proves to all players you don’t need to score a point to make a difference in a game.

Maddie played the 2nd game of a back to back weekend and shutout the Lady Patriots after they beat us the first game, standing on her head and making 28 saves.

After a slow start to the game the phantoms managed to dig themselves out of a hole lead by Tiziana’s hat trick. She also picked up a helper on another goal.

Erin was a consistent contributor this weekend, bringing positive energy, effort, and attitude to every shift. Her resilience and confident presence made her a constant threat on the ice. Erin’s decision-making was superb, highlighted by her impressive five assists. All her goals were timely, and she scored in various ways, including beautiful, smart shots and a well-executed rebound.
