The Philadelphia Hockey Club Belles are a Tier II Youth Hockey Program located in Pennsylvania. The focus is on player development, both on and off the ice, the importance of sportsmanship and teamwork, strong, and growing the game of girls hockey. Coaches and staff encourage the players to develop confidence and competence in fundamental skills, in a safe, competitive environment.
