NOVEMBER FREEZE SHOWCASE

As a courtesy to our members, we have secured a limited number of room blocks for the event. When the supply of rooms is exhausted, additional rooms may not be available.

Please click the link below to secure your team block. Please ensure to designate the number of rooms needed each night when creating the block.  You will then receive a confirmation email containing the booking information to forward to the team families so they may make their individual reservations.All hotels are convenient to the arenas. Please ensure families only book via the link provided. Families are not to contact the hotel directly to book rooms for the event.

The following is the complimentary rooms policy: One (1) complimentary guest room, per team, per night, for every 16 guest rooms occupied and paid for each night within the official team block (per hotel), over the tournament dates or the 28th room night (if 16 rooms are not occupied). The complimentary room is applied to the 16th room reserved by the team (or the 28th room night). Comps are awarded based on actual pickup (not reservations).

Please note that the guest will be required to check in with a credit card. Once the hotel confirms the actual pickup (following check-in) comp room nights will be awarded at checkout (some hotels credit eligible stays back to the credit card in the days following the event). Please allow 7 days following the event for credits to post.

Please note, the link below allows you to initially block a maximum of 18 rooms. Once your initial block is filled, rooms can be requested . Please email support@ibhctravel.com to request additional rooms once the initial rooms have been filled.
